lol. I'm in! I hope this does well. One suggestion: Try to spread it out amongst districts. I can help for volunteer work if I show up, but I don't know if I can depending on the times and date, so I'm not going to sign up beforehand.

PS- Maybe Anet will send in a bunch of Asuras this time.

If they send Asuras, I am taking my pitchfork out and we are BBQing them!

The event is going to be either this coming Saturday or the following Saturday. Depends on what day I am free. Most likely times are 7PM EST, which is midnight in europe, and 9AM for you aussies.

PS: Donations are THROUGH THE ROOF! You guys are VERY generous! This event is sure to be a blast this time! I still need more alcohol and sweets, as well as party favors and fireworks! Snowmen summoners, ghosts in the box, etc! I am full up on weapons for now, materials and party items will still be accepted however. I will reopen Greens and Golds/Rune donation once I solve some storage space issues.

If you have the event this comming Saturday it could very well coincide with the release of Hard Mode, I don't know if that could be a problem but this great event might lose some traffic if its scheduled at the same time.

First of all i would just like to say good job! I have always wanted to do something like this but have never had the time or energy for it. But if you have started I would like to help you. Tell me if you need any more help with the event, i can be a judge or take another role if needed and can donte alcohol and fireworks.
also depending on what saterday it is i might not be able to come, in that case i could do sothing else like donate my storage space to the cause, just tell me!

The community at large needs more people like Rahja. This is amazing. Thanks for organizing and sponsoring this entire ordeal; it looks to be a huge success already.

I don't own any super-expensive gold items, but I have managed to accumulate a tidy sum of currency. Would donations be preferred in the form of platinum or something else such as ale? It probably doesn't matter much, but I'm all for saving you some time and storage space.

Again, I really appreciate what you're trying to do. Even if you do live in Lafayette.

Platinum donations are currently ok, but once I cash out some of my stuff, storage will be full up. Ale is ALWAYS WELCOMED, as are other party items such as snowmen and sugary deliciousnesses. Is that a word? LOL.

Alrighty. Had a nice day of donations, the event is really looking like it will be successful. I have had probably 200+ people PM me so far, so this is looking like a Go for launch! Major thread updates Tuesday sometime, followed by Wednesday, the big PreEvent thread launch and the closing of this thread if all goes smoothly.

Once the preevent thread is launched, all dates will be final, event plan will be set, and the elite Ballroom staff decided.

anyway I"m in. I have a ranger that can fill the need as a caterer, that is, depending on the time of this...party. He's got on full Grotto Druids armor = no skin 'cept his face. but I'm lacking the pm's cause I've molted in an ABer and all I get now is hate pms for winning. I'll be an alternate if one of the other's drop out or if you don't have two. Just call ^_^
